There were a lot of speeches made at last night's inauguration of the Howard County Council and Executive. All of them were very good. Three stood out in my opinion: Calvin Ball, Greg Fox and Jackie Ulman. And wow, the Glenelg Jazz band is good! I had never heard them before.
