The Ulman administration is beginning to take shape. The transition teams, headed by Del. Guy Guzzone, have prepared a comprehensive analysis of the state of the County. They have given our new County Executive and Council a lot to think about and to work on. Its an impressive effort. Meanwhile, another plan to provide affordable housing bites the dust, score another one for NIMBY. Everyone claims to be for affordable housing, but when push comes to shove, this happens.
